While I’ve got good wi-fi I’ll add one more post. Reyer you would have loved the winery in Casablanca Valle, called Vin Casas Del Bosque. Lovely grounds, rose gardens, established by Italians. I’ll track the wine down in Aus and we’ll have a Chilean/ Sri Lankan dinner. I’ve had several empanadas (pastries) pescara blanco (white fish with couscous and vegs), ravioli with burnt butter sauce and tonight an Asado Chilean bbq with plenty of meat. And the pastries and bread were baked in the fire in the Mapuche village. And a terrible pic of me drinking Mate, no not hallucinogenic,
a herbal tea.

Hi Fran. Good to see you are eating (& drinking) well!
Loved the picture of the stunning volcano/mountain, & the one of you lolling in the spa. Hope the group travel is going well & there are enough people on it you like. You’ll have to head to the Spice cooking class again to see if they do a South American or Spanish one, so you can relive your travels.
Look forward to seeing you soon. Fred Smith is having a concert down your way in May…we’ll have to go.
Cheers for now,
Kay
